Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Our Father in Heaven,
How Blessed is Your Name.
Thank You For Your Victories,
Thank You For Your Deliverance.
Thank You For Lifting Us Up
Out Of The Rushing Waters,
And Setting Our Feet Upon The Rock.

We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According to Your Will and Promise.
We Pray For the People and Leaders of Israel,
that They Will Look to You for the Protection
and Prosperity of their Nation.
We Also Pray For Revival in our own Beloved USA.

We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

The status of women in the Ancient World was that of property. However, from Genesis onward, we see a different attitude toward women of noble character (and not-so-noble!) in the Judeo-Christian Worldview. Mothers are listed in genealogies, advise kings, prophesy, and even slay enemies. Deborah and Yael were were actually War Heroes, and Rahab hid the Israelite spies at Jericho. In the Gospels, there are five women mentioned in the Genealogy of Jesus (Matthew 1), women were the ones who braved the Roman State to stand at the foot of the cross, and the first one to announce "He is Risen!" was a woman, Mary Magdalene.

Solomon had a real problem with women, in that he couldn't resist them. It got him into trouble, and eventually caused him to worship foreign gods.

Here we have the wrap-up of the book of Proverbs. The sayings are attributed to King Lemuel, as taught by His Mother. Since there is no King Lemuel in the Bible, it is probably safe to say that this is actually a pen name of Solomon himself. This is supported by the meaning of "Lemuel" which in Hebrew means "Belongs to God". It King Lemuel is indeed Solomon, then the Mother (and indeed, the Woman of Valor" described in this Passage), was none other than Bathsheba!

Come and pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Father God, thank You for providing us with safe harbor, with living water, and with Your Word. We thank You for the instruction and the hope that is in Your Word. Father, we especially thank You for Your Holy Spirit that works in us, changing us, that we are no longer who we were eleven years ago. We praise You and ask that You lead us each day to live to glorify You.

Ephesians 3: 16 – 19

That out of His glorious, unlimited resources He will give you the mighty inner strengthening of His Holy Spirit, and I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your heart, living within you as you trust in Him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God’s marvelous love; and may you be able to feel and understand, as all God’s children should, how long, how wide, how deep, and how high His love really is; and to experience this love for yourselves, though it is so great that you will never see the end of it or fully know or understand it. And so at last you will be filled up with God Himself.

Agreeing in prayer for Israel and our country’s return to Godly principles. Reading this scripture this morning reminds me of how thankful I am to God for providing me with such wonderful parents who emphasized the love of God and country in our home.
