Yes, get them saved and God will straighten their doctrine out.
But since the natural man cannot understand spiritual truth because it is spiritually discerned, NO ONE is ever capable of getting their doctrine right before getting saved or in order to get saved.
I have long known this to be a profound truth, but have only been able to express it by saying that it is only after we receive the Holy Spirit that we begin to understand the whole picture. But my explanation tended to confuse the hearer because he could not really understand who the Holy Spirit is before experiencing His filling.
