President Donald Trump today will sign House Joint Resolution 43 which revokes a regulation that prohibits states from discriminating among the agencies awarded Title X money based on the services those agencies provide, including abortion services.
Mr. Trump will spend Good Friday through Easter Sunday in Mar-a-Lago with his family.

• Secretary of State Tillerson as he continues to dialogue with Russia’s leader.
• Mayors in the nation’s cities will enforce the nation’s immigration laws.
