Time will tell. In the Renaissance we had corrupt, worldly popes. But in the perspective of time, given the atmosphere among rulers, and the secular chaos surrounding the church, they may have been necessary for the Church's survival.

It looks to me like Francis is a figurehead for a subversive leftist secular movement bent on crippling the church's authority, so it can be successfully neutralized by totalitarian statists. But like I say, time will tell.

It should be an Yes or No answer.

Either He does.
