That’s not fair! After all, the Pope has extended Vatican citizenship to hundreds of immigrants. And he has built immigrant housing in the vast Vatican gardens.
Oh, wait a minute. Even folks that have worked in the Vatican for decades can’t get Vatican citizenship. And no immigrant housing has been set up in the Vatican gardens.
