Well thanks for taking the time to reply. I am not a metaphor guy, if the bible says the messiah will build a temple, I believe it will be a real, physical temple. Ezekiel says the temple will stand in Jerusalem for all time. So at some point, a final temple will be built.
I believe it sounds good to say “All is fulfilled in Him” but I don’t believe that is true at all. There are prophecies about other things that he did not fulfill. Jesus himself predicted the Temple would be destroyed and that was not fulfilled in his day. Other prophecies predict places will be destroyed such as Damascus. Jesus did not destroy Damascus either.
So it sounds good to say “All is fulfilled in Him”, I don’t believe that is true. Thanks for the reply though, have a good one.
