He's the guy that Nancy Pelosi hired in 2004 to teach Democrats how to speak "religious" after exit polls from John Kerry's loss exposed so-called "values voters" who tilted the election to Bush.
Wallis worked with Democrats on how to insert religious words and concepts into their speeches. It must have worked, because they took control of the House in 2006 after the Mark Foley House page scandal.
