You left the Catholic Church because you never believed in the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist

Mind reading much?

Y'all Catholics are always trying to figure out why I left and not a one of you has gotten it right yet, even though I have told you numerous times.

Yeah, I do believe in the real presence of Christ.

In ME!

Not in some confected piece of wheat.

The absolute worst Catholic bashers are fallen away Catholics.

We don't bash Catholics. But we know the false theology of Catholicism and expose it.

But some of the best Catholic apologists are former protestants. Almost to a person when asked why they became Catholic they say because they wanted the truth of Christianity and could not continue living a lie.

Which goes to show the strength of deception the enemy can inflict on someone.

The major doctrines of Catholicism generally do not line up all that well with Scripture, where the truth about CHRIST is found.

It's not about religion. It's about Christ in me, the hope of glory.

Acts 17:24-25 The God who made the world and everything in it, being Lord of heaven and earth, does not live in temples made by man, nor is he served by human hands, as though he needed anything, since he himself gives to all mankind life and breath and everything.

Acts 17:29-31 Being then God's offspring, we ought not to think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone, an image formed by the art and imagination of man. In the past God overlooked such ignorance, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent. For he has set a day when he will judge the world with justice by the man he has appointed. He has given proof of this to everyone by raising him from the dead.”

Colossians 1:27 To them God chose to make known how great among the Gentiles are the riches of the glory of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

And He doesn't get in you by eating but by faith and believing.

John 1:10-13 He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him. He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him. But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.

John 3:14-18 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, that whoever believes in him may have eternal life. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

John 5:24 Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.

John 6:40 For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.”

John 11:25-26 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?”

Romans 10:9-13 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. For the Scripture says, “Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him. For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

John 6:63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life.

The Bible is a Catholic document. Someone denying the truth does not mean it’s not the truth.

***

Bovine feces. And blasphemous too, to credit men with the work of the Holy Spirit.

The Bible was written by the prophets and Apostles, inspired by the Holy Spirit, not some modern-day organization full of sodomites and pedos and their enablers that calls itself Catholic.

And when the New Testament was assembled, the requirement for inclusion wasn’t ‘Is it Catholic?’ The requirement was ‘Was it written with one degree of separation from an Apostle?’

So tell me, if you’re so smart. Which organization is closer to the truth? An organization that follows the Word of God, or an organization that claims to have written the Word of God but fails to follow it?

Those men you refer to were the early Christians, practicing the same sacraments Christ’s followers practice today, participating in the same Holy Eucharist as Christ commanded them 2,000 years ago. Why denigrade the faith of your ancestors? Think that would make them proud.

Well thanks for including me in the faith instead of calling me a heretic like so many others do.

But I’m not denigrating the Apostles; I’m denigrating the current inhabitants of the Vatican and their corruption, and pointing out that the Apostles would have excommunicated Francis and all the Cardinals just for not putting a stop to the cocaine sodomy orgies going on in the Vatican, to say nothing of their enabling and protecting of pedos.

And in the 1500s and the Middle Ages, Rome was running prostitution rings; you can’t tell me THAT was Godly.

Why on earth should I believe anything that the Romans have to say when they’ve demonstrated so clearly that they hold the faith of the Apostles in contempt, hmmmmm?

Which cannot be proven.

If the sacraments were practiced then as they are now, then where's the record of them in Scripture?

ALL 7 of them.

Prove they were performed in the same manner.

........Catholicism demands a lot....no abortion, no divorce, life long marriage to one person, no homosexual marriages, etc...

Except if you are JohnF.Kerry, then you can buy an annulment and pretend a marriage never happened... Who was that Supreme that divined a 'right to privacy' that made abortion law of the land... How many protestants were on the Supremes when same sex acts got deemed a legal marriage? I cannot name a Catholic in elected or appointed office that fits your description of Catholicism's demands.

This is what God says He hates

Proverbs 6:16-19 King James Version (KJV) 16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: 17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, 19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Now mind you, NO Catholic can take credit for the recording of this instruction..

The Bible is a Catholic document. Someone denying the truth does not mean it’s not the truth.

Before one jot or tittle of the so called 'new testament' was ever placed upon plant fibers, or animal skins. Christ declared the following:

Mark 13:20 - 23

20And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.

21And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:

22For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

23But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

24But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,

25And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.

26And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

The so called 'New Testament' can be found all through the 'so called' Old Testament, and there is no conflict. Christ declared He had 'foretold all things'... before these so called early 'fathers' ever recorded a letter.

Paul explains in I Corinthians 10:11 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

Wow, Have not seen a discussion here on FR get this heated since you guys crucified a double pair of JWs and Mormons together. No wonder our numbers are dwindling.

And from a group who is supposed to be United in the common cause of Liberty. Agreements not arguments would be more in order for furthering the common cause, ( I would call it a “crusade”, might give some of those present the wrong idea re: unification in our desire).

Find common ground, and act like grown ups.
