”Step right up" was the first Tom Waits song I ever heard - was hooked immediately...at least in his 70's albums.

"Small Change" is not only his masterpiece but THE best album of the 70's.

Fun fact...a very young Cassandra Peterson posed as the stripper on "Small Change" cover. Eventually, she became "Elvira".
