How to spot a counterfeit Jesus and remain vigilant against false prophets.
click bait? I don’t come to FR to be immediately sent somewhere else.
So you never open any links that are posted on this website?
It’s easier to follow along if you have a copy of the Bible,
If a prophet or a dreamer of dreams arises among you and gives you a sign or a wonder, and the sign or wonder that he tells you comes to pass, and if he says, Let us go after other gods, which you have not known, and let us serve them, you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams. For the Lord your God is testing you, to know whether you love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul. You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear him and keep his commandments and obey his voice, and you shall serve him and hold fast to him.
-Deut. 13
One who leads you from His teaching and instruction; His Torah. Yeshua is the living Torah, for now and forever.
I post links and read others links. But not click bait. I want to read 2 or 3 paragraphs to see whether I should spend time on opening the article. I read maybe 1/3 of the paragraphs in FR. I open about 1/3 of those links, or about 1/9 of the links. And that is when I have the time. Sometimes I spend most of a Saturday or Sunday on the internet. But Sometimes it is less than a half-hour.
And I go on liberal sites like Quora as well as FR.
He didn’t say “a copy of the Bible.” He said “KJV.”
‘Two men say they’re Jesus, one of ‘em must be wrong.’
He has a great anecdote about this very thing-from years ago, when he worked on 86th St. in Bensonhurst.
So you don’t think the King James Version of the Bible is the Bible?
How do you come to that conclusion? I said no such thing.
Let’s turn this around. As far as you are concerned, is the KJV the only Bible?
I think it's the best Bible, as far as those that are published in the English language, and would recommend it for people that want to immerse themselves in Scripture.
But no, I don't think it's the "only" Bible.
OK. Then we are done.
There is no perfect English Bible; all are just translations of the OT Hebrew/Aramaic and the NT Greek. Some are better than others.
