Tradition is not scripture.
Tradition comes from man.
Scripture comes from God.
Depends on what you mean by ‘tradition’. God gave commandments to people before there was a Scripture.
Moses spent extended periods on Mt. Sinai in supernatural communion with God. The Ten Commandments weren’t the only things he learned and taught over the next 40 years.
