Please hear us, O Lord! Amen.

Isaiah 2:17-19 The arrogance of man will be brought low and human pride humbled; the Lord alone will be exalted in that day, and the idols will totally disappear. People will flee to caves in the rocks and to holes in the ground from the fearful presence of the Lord and the splendor of his majesty, when he rises to shake the earth.

Amen and amen, dear intercessor DarthVader. These passages beautifully reflect one of the opening prayer's scripture quotes, "You are my hiding place." There will be no hiding place for the wicked from the wrath of the Lord! Until He comes in glory, He is the hiding place for us believers!

We know that You have "set" these men as leaders before You for our benefit. This is such a comfort to us. Their enemies are enemies of the Cross and motivated by the spirit of the Anti-Christ. We see this so clearly, BUT GOD, You have sure promises concerning the enemies of Jesus' cross and those who come against Your anointed. Therefore, we rest and rejoice in the promises in Your Word and trust You for vengeance. "He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision. Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, And distress them in His deep displeasure " As David said, "Although there is no violence or wrong in my hands, may the God of our fathers look upon and rebuke you." Hide these servants behind Your shield and under Your wings, as they stand securely on Your Word.

Amen to Every Word of your Beautiful, Power-Filled Prayer, Dear Servant of Jesus Christ.
