I’m in this archdiocese. It has at least 3 parishes in rural areas with congregations of about 100. One of them offered the Tridentine mass monthly until the priest died in his 80’s.

Great news. Had no real idea of the measure of strength in the area of this church in question.

Seeing the size and beauty of the church exterior, one could think the number of people of the parish had been hollowed out, due to the off the rails contingency, and that not enough faithful even remain to support it.

Thank you for enlightening me. Certainly, I pray for restoration and I love Bishop Sample!

I grew up in one of those—or one you don’t know about (in Coos County)—and not the one with the EF.
