The Catholic faith is challenged by the ways of the world, but also through many within the Catholic Church including the clergy and leadership. There is much confusion in the Catholic Church about the Catholic Faith. Part of the reason for the increase in the Catholic faith as the Good News was given to the world, Catholics were willing to suffer and die for our Savior Jesus Christ. Some still are. Are the rest of us still willing to stand for the Truth of our faith?
It is up to each individual to accept that we were made in the image of God and we are a child of God, accept God’s love and return our love to God and our neighbors. Our life on earth is short and life with God is forever.
May the Holy Spirit give us the strength and understanding to follow Christ so that our Catholic Faith will be available for all until the end of time.
True! It’s up to the laity now. Healing the wounds of scandal will require much prayer and fasting.
