Here’s my take about homosexual priests. If they, like their straight counterparts remain celibate then I say nothing. But if they use their office to satisfy their urges, then damn them. And I dont want to hear the nonsense that they are not pedophiles. No they are not. They are as bad. I personally knew two such priests. One I went to Fordham with. The other went to HS with Giuliani and I taught with him for 3 years. He performed my cousin’s marriage as well. Both of these did 16 year old teens, basjetball players. That’s not pedophila. That’s classic homosexuality. Young athletic men for middle ages gays. Classic. That is what this priest is seeking to have approved.
