Shouldn’t they be evangelizing Soros rather than taking his money?

After the other story about JD Grear’s embracing SJWs we learned about earlier this morning the two stories are particularly disappointing. I had always thought the SBC would be a rock America could rest on. Turns out it was eminently corruptible after all.

Pretty much all our major churches are dirty with the refugee money. And preaching in support of their gravy train.

I really think the cultural rot in our country is deep and wide.

And when people go reaching for a restoration of virtue, they get caught up in climate change or some other bogus “cause”.

Divide and conquer routine. Local small churches best band together....or else.

Okay, so the Southern Baptists are lefties, all Black churches seem to be left wing, the Episcopalians and Catholics seem to be no big fan of American sovereignty ... tell me again how Christianity=Conservatism? Because we atheist conservatives get lectured a lot on this, but it looks to me as though fully half of American Christians are on the Left.

Huge huge disconnect tween the governing body and it’s congregants

I haven’t been to church in three months

I don’t know how the pastors are addressing this if at all

SBC has been a target of the media since the 1950s

Got to wonder what the Governors got in return for the invaders they allowed into their states.

A number of “Churches” are raking in big Federal dollars for housing illegal aliens and so-called refugees.

Here is a separation of church and state I can believe in.

SBC churches are not linked to one big leader at the top.

Like any group, if you aren’t pushing toward the truth, you are sliding away from it.

SBC was dragged back from the brink in the 60s/70s by a strong preacher/leader who stood for truth and preached it in a loving, kind but firm way: Adrian Rodgers.

At that time apostasy was flirting with congregations and pastors and church leaders were more concerned with tickling the ears of their flocks, as has and is happening again today.

There are loud voices against the latest social justice warriors in the flock and in the pulpits. Those whose head is Satan, will continue to preach his lies have always been there but so is the truth of God, through His Son and rightful heir, Jesus Christ!

Those of us who recognize the voices of Satan, know them by their fruit and hold fast to the truth, which haters of Jesus’ mere name rebel.

Sadly, in today’s culture, Satan followers are in abundance and we are exposed to them in more places than in the past.

Many who don’t recognize the lies Satan tells, are often swayed, at least for a time but those who belong to the Shepherd, know Him and follow Him.

Thanks for this article.

For anyone else that might be interested

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russell_D._Moore

https://erlc.com/

http://www.sbc.net/aboutus/entities/

So ERLC is under the SBC and Moore is President since 2013 of the ERLC. The ERLC doesn’t believe in national boundaries or citizenship. Moore was very much against our president and voiced his opinion that members of the SBC / Christians in general should vote 3td party/ write ins that would have guaranteed a HRC PRESIDENT.

off to read my church fiscal release to see how much of local funds get sent to SBC and hence ERLC.

our church is SBC, and we have often asked our pastor where the red line is. He would not support many of the current hot issues, and stated he’d rather keep our money if they continue on the current course. We’ll see. We will probably not stay a member if he doesn’t keep his word.

It’s always Soros. His tentacles are everywhere.

You gotta give the left credit. Their shady billionaires are highly motived and fully on board with their ideological agenda.

Meanwhile we have flaky losers like the Koch brothers.

A quorum of leading human-centric religiosity to further pervert the Gospel of Christ.

Seems like we here in America have our very own Vatican level apostasy.

And to deny the heretical truths will garner a return to the glory days of the Spanish Inquisition.

Since the "Whore of Babylon" is taken, shall we call this iteration the "Slut of Nashville"?

Asking for a friend.
