Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

(Music in The Bible)

Psalm 119

Psalm 119[a]

י Yodh

73 Your hands made me and formed me;
    give me understanding to learn your commands.

74 May those who fear you rejoice when they see me,
    for I have put my hope in your word.

75 I know, Lord, that your laws are righteous,
    and that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.

76 May your unfailing love be my comfort,
    according to your promise to your servant.

77 Let your compassion come to me that I may live,
    for your law is my delight.

78 May the arrogant be put to shame for wronging me without cause;
    but I will meditate on your precepts.

79 May those who fear you turn to me,
    those who understand your statutes.

80 May I wholeheartedly follow your decrees,
    that I may not be put to shame.

New International Version (NIV)(End of Scripture Passage)

.

"Yodh"is the smallest letter in the Hebrew Alphabet, but also one of the strongest.

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Your Hands Have made me from the Dust Of The Earth.
Your Hand is Correction,
Your Hand is Deliverance.
You Alone Are The One True God of The Universe
You Alone Are Holy, And Worthy To Be Praised and Worshiped!
Yerushelayim is Your Holy Place
You Will Not Forget Her, for
You, Who Keep Watch Over
Yisroel Neither Slumber, Nor Sleep.
YHWH is Your Name, Holy and Perfect
Yirayeca Yirayunu,"They that Fear
YOU, will see me and be glad." And When
Yacob became Yisroel, ALL he had left was:
Yod. His Humility. Not One
Yod Shall pass Away Till ALL is Fulfilled.
Your Word Stands Forever.

LORD, We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According To Your Will and Promise.
We Beseech You on Behalf of Our Captive Brethren,
Christians and Jews,
In Bondage in Hostile lands.

We Pray For Our President,
And other Leaders of Our Beloved USA
May They Receive Wisdom from You
To do the Right Thing.
We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

"Yod" is the Tenth letter of the Hebrew Alphabet. It is Also The Smallest. It is the Word From which we get our English Word "Jot" and the Greek Word "Iota". It Represents Humility. You will notice it has a little serif on top pointing upward. This is the "tittle" or "Soferut" and Points to God. Without it, the Yod is invalid, and if even ONE is missing from a Torah, the WHOLE Torah is NO LONGER CONSIDERED VALID and can't be used.

"Yod" is the Initial Letter in Some VERY IMPORTANT Hebrew Words:

Yad=Hand(Power)
Yad Va Shem=Hand of God(Israel's Holocaust Museum is named "Yad Va Shem)
Yadah=Praise (The lifting up of the hands)
Yehudah=Judah
Yehudim=Jews (Praisers of God!)
Yad=Action(also means "hand")
Yada=To KNOW(verb)
Yahi=Let There Be
Yira=Reverential AWE
Yerushelyim=Jerusalem
Yisroel=Israel
Yirayeca Yirayunu=They that Fear You will see me and be glad(From Today's psalm, a delightful play on words!)

YHvH=The Holy and Not Pronounced Name of Our Almighty Father Which also means "I AM".

The Number 10 is also significant:

10 Things Created on the First Day 10 Generations From Adam To Noah
10 Generations From Noah to Abraham
10 Plagues of Egypt
10 Commandments
10th Part (tithe) belongs to the Lord
10 Days of Awe (High Holidays)
10 men required For a Minyan(Jewish Service)
10 Forces in the Tree of Life(Sefirot) in Jewish Mysticism

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." (Matthew 5:16)
