Sometimes in a Catholic parish, if a special collection falls short of the diocesan goal, the priest just takes the balance out of the regular collection funds.

I notice that the New Orleans and New York "worker center" groups have similar names. The New York group's website says they're affiliated with the Chicago-based Interfaith Worker Justice (IWJ) network, which has affiliates all over the country. Sitting on the board of IWJ is Albany bishop Howard Hubbard, who has faced multiple sexual abuse charges. . .

Back to the Workers' Center of Central New York. They list their funders as:

Ben & Jerry’s Foundation, The Abelard Foundation, Berger Marks Foundation, Sparkplug Foundation, RESIST INC, Presbyterian Hunger Program, UCC Neighbors in Need Program, the New York Immigration Coalition, The Hispanic Federation, the Sociological Initiatives Foundation, the Catholic Campaign for Human Development, the Worker Justice Center and the Occupational Health Clinical Center.

To take just one of these groups, RESIST was founded in Boston during the Vietnam War era. They supported the Boston Five draft resisters in coordination with various Marxist front groups, and conspired with the antiwar group that broke into the FBI's Media, Pennsylvania office in order to steal documents related to COINTELPRO. Since then they have channeled funding to various Communist front groups, including ones with ties to foreign powers or ones engaged in domestic terrorism, such as VVAW, WILPF, the Gay Liberation Front, CISPES, the Center for Constitutional Rights. . .

Try listening to ANY of the cardinals in America.

They all come off as ultra-left wing homosexuals.

The People’s Lobby Education Institute is a Chicago-area group that supports a Faith Liberation Network which partners with Reclaim Chicago, a coordinator of Bernie Sanders's campaign in Chicago: "Reclaim Chicago launched November 2014 to endorse and mobilize grassroots support for progressive candidates in Chicago’s March 2015 municipal election. Reclaim Chicago members spent almost 10,000 hours reaching out to voters about our values and endorsed candidates. We were instrumental protecting Chicago’s progressive caucus from big money attacks by Rahm Emanuel. Every single sitting progressive was re-elected, and we elected three new progressives to city council. In June 2015, Bernie Sanders launched his historic campaign for president. Reclaim Chicago was quick to endorse Sanders, Kim Foxx for Cook County State’s Attorney and several other progressives running for the state legislature."

Siding with Satanic evil. They should all be defrocked and excommunicated (and prosecuted for supporting terrorism).

Excommunicated, for doing what pope socialista preaches?

You can’t speak of the Catholic Church is such general terms. I made the mistake of talking about non-Catholic churches in such general terms and got a note from the Religion Moderator. Better watch out.

Just stay out of the catholic caucus threads and you'll be fine.
