Well, there are “FALSE” prophets. Maybe he is one of those?

He is not claiming to be a prophets.

Acts 2:17
And in the last days it shall be, God declares, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams

True-—”prophecy” as Paul describes it, is really exhortation. But there is the “word of wisdom” which is described as being present in the church and is very similar to prophecy. That said, a prophet/word of wisdom will a) always be in line with the Bible and b) will be confirmed by events.
