Pro on the tongue. ALWAYS. I will make a Spiritual Communion before receiving in the hand. I do not worry about germs. It’s ridiculous.
However I never receive the Precious Blood. I find handling the Chalice unnerving and it is not my place. Plus I fear spilling Jesus all over the floor.

I am not a fan of the Catholic Cult but I have to say that if it is a requirement of their religion then the German government should have no say in the matter.
