The Bible is from God

God didn't drop the Bible on earth with a parachute. It came through the church, and in the timeframe we're talking about (ca AD 400), there was only one church.

God still has his church, but it is not in corrupt institutions. Rather, it is small Bible believing fellowships and Bible studies.

Then it's not the same church that existed on Pentecost, because that church was both united and visible.

To: Democrat = party of treason

It’s a risk anyone is willing to take, who doesn’t really believe in a Creator God, or thst Scripture is “God breathed”.

The family Marx came from was very religious. Hitler, Castro, and many other ruthless mass murderers were reportedly “baptized” Catholic. However, they obviously truly didn’t love or respect God as God.

Scripture states “Broad is the way which leads to destruction... Narrow is the way which leads to Heaven, and few there be who find it”. (paraphrasing)

As such most men will reject the actual truth of Salvation by an act of Gods grace alone.

That being said, as human beings believers still sin, and need to ask for God’s forgiveness. (1 John 1:9)

No question, this Pope is demonically influenced for sure.

really. Explain the 7 churches in revelation? The Roman Church has never been the only visible Church despite its best efforts to sell that lie

Lol! Your post certainly sums it up.

Frankly, I don’t think he believes a darn thing, not a word of the Bible nor a word of the Creed.

H believes in Bergoglio the Great and Powerful.

What is he “moving forward” TO? Aren’t there enough problems with the RCC for him to work on?

The true church at Pentecost was United in Spirit, not LGBTQI politics. Paul didn’t call Peter his father. Peter didn’t call James his father. They were separate and had distinct ministries. They were subject to the word of God only.

I do believe that people of all religions are children of God, but it is also my belief that salvation and eternal life are blessings received to those who accept Jesus as their savior.

For the Pope to discuss human fraternity without mentioning the goal of conversion seems to be an abrogation of his duty as leader of the Church. He appears to be unaware of his true role, and has instead chosen to be a simple "life coach".

You’re right, there is one church with Jesus as the Rock upon which it is founded on. All the rest is hogwash.

He just confessed to being a heretic.

Is there some mechanism in the Church for “recall’ of a Pope?

Why would he want to “move forward”with other religions? Does he reject Jesus is the only way for salvation (man to be reconciled to God)?

All that is left is for him to preside over two gay priests getting married and throw his support of abortion. The catholic church is dead.

Explain the 7 churches in revelation?

Seriously? Those weren't 7 different denominations or 7 different little conventicles that had nothing to do with each other, but 7 distinct "churches" (what we would call today "dioceses" -- a term that came into existence about 200 years after Revelation to describe a reality that had existed since the time of the Apostles).

You're a Lutheran, aren't you? A Lutheran should certainly understand that already.

But do the other religions respond the same? I have a hard time believing the Muslims would seriously take the hand of a Christian in brotherhood and love.

Glad you asked.

In addition, he said, “we can’t trust Muslims anymore.” During the papal visit, he monitored comments on Facebook, and those from Muslims, he said, were vastly negative. “They don’t like us, and they think that Iraq isn’t our country.”
