'Woke' culture creeping into evangelical church is 'deadly' for the Gospel of Christ

Seeing signs of this in my seminary classes. I mentioned CRT and BLM in relation to a book review we had to do and one of the wokes was “greatly offended” I mentioned BLM.

I know of a man, who discovered that “there are many ways to God” - because this man was on one of them, whereupon he found himself heading toward truth.

Early on his path, he kept discovering that when he deviated from his path, something would happen, and it dawned on him, that he had been at least nudged, if not bluntly instructed in some way (he figured, “this must be Jesus or God, shepherding me”), back on track, toward truth.

He was, and still is, a very tough man in conflict with some of his neighbors who wander greatly because they believe they are compelled to wander in order to make money.

Yet he has been able to maintain a relation with a few of such neighbors, in which they are at least willing to struggle with what he tries to teach them about truth and love, and the Bible. A few neighbors, do listen.

I would not deny such neighbors, the opportunity that this man found, himself.

That is exactly why I’ve been saying ever since the debacle of the Second Vatican Council that the degradation of western culture is a direct result of the degradation of the Catholic Church. And the degradation of the Church was a direct result of that Council, which is why it rightly referred to as the Satan Council.
