You should confess all your venial and mortal sins at each confession.
Confession is not absolutely required in order to have venial sins forgiven. Mortal sins, absolutely, though a sincere Act of Perfect Contrition will do until one can get to a confessor. Of course if there are no mortal sins to confess then some venial sins will do for the penitent. One could also confess a predominant sin that one is attached to in some way. Grace abounds in this wonderful sacrament in any event.
