"I do not believe blacks, African Americans, and many other minorities have equal opportunity. Why? Most of them grew up in families where there is not a big emphasis on education," stated McDowell at the weekend gathering. They DO NOT value education, generally speaking. It's considered "White" to go to school, study and be smart. The peer pressure to not be "White" among school aged blacks is very high.
Nothing McDowell said was untrue. People are pissed because he told the TRUTH.
In times of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
