I have enormous respect for Franklin Graham. He is doing the Lord’s work.

There is no comparison. Billy Graham was strictly evangelical while Franklin's ministry is providing for those in need. He's involved in disasters and providing help to those less fortunate and he's been magnificent in those areas. Samaritan's Purse is a great organization that dispatches to areas of disaster i.e. the tornadoes that just leveled parts of MO and KY. Not to mention the various missions he's been involved in.

I do not know just exactly what your criteria is but Franklin Graham is no disappointment to God's work.
