Those things in the sky are images, pictures, created by man.

Yes, of course He could.
However, I do not really believe this is the work of God, but of men inspired by Satan.
Satan is the ultimate copier.
Earth is his realm, until the Lord Jesus Christ returns for His own.
He is known as “the Prince of the Power of the Air”. It is one of many names he is called.
Ephesians 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:”

You believe in angels: yes.
Do you believe in the Creator of the angels, and of the universe, and on His Son - The Lord Jesus Christ?
Do you have assurance of eternal life?
This is the important question . . .
Do you know how to avoid Hell, go to Heaven when you die, receive eternal life? If you do not have this assurance, this knowledge, do you want it?
It is of crucial importance.
