Nah…he’s announcing to the world he goes both ways, which is why everyone is coming out. It’s the “woke” thing to do.
If he wanted to wear a kilt, no doubt he would have worn one.

Looks like a kilt to me as well. I personally see nothing wrong with this. At all. Men do wear kilts and graduation gowns and judges robes and such. Mocking a man wearing a kilt kinda shows cultural ignorance.
