What's interesting are the standard debates and questions over the meaning of the name; i.e. that as har + megiddo it's a paradox -- har being a mountain and Megiddo being a plain.

There's always a convenient loophole because for some reason in the verse, the spelling includes a... second delta, so Armageddon = 1008.
