In our time Christendom is dead and America is rapidly transitioning from post-Christian to actively hostile ‘woke’ secular paganism. America’s apostasy, subjectivism, idolatry, occultisms, pan sexuality, rampant abortion, drug use, sodomy, homosexual marriage, and other evils are similar to those of the post-flood generation of Babylon, Sodom and Gomorrah and Egypt.

It is hard to watch the US senate hearings. Nothing but twisting and turning, trying to weave gotcha questions. Impugning anyone who dares to question them. There seems to be far more effort to obfuscate the truth than reveal it.
Also the thought of just how many simply don’t care. So many in politics seem not to have any real grasp of modern history and the US place in the free world. So many in Christendom are watching you with anxious eyes.
I (and I’m sure I’m not alone) am so thankful to God that I am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have entrusted to Him and that He promises to never leave me or forsake me.

Hal Lindsey -- dubbed "the father of modern-day Bible prophecy" -- could certainly be serving the Lord in this faithless, adulteress, wicked, fixated-on-evil, can't-do generation by functioning as a time marker:
