Since I was a controller myself, I would like to see it. Most of the movies I have seen, concerning ATC, have been an embarrassment, as far as ATC language and procedures.

I know what you mean. I’m a private pilot (mostly sailplanes, though not current), and I worked in airport management, including airport operations, for over 30 years before retiring in late-2021. Movies about aviation that get the terminology or concepts wrong drive me crazy, as do news reports about aviation issues or incidents where they don’t even try to describe things accurately, probably because they don’t think anyone else understands it anyway.

One of the best aviation movies ever made in terms of accuracy is “The Pilot.” It stars Cliff Robertson as an airline pilot who is trying to hide his alcoholism. In addition to featuring some great aerial footage of classic 70s airliners and airline liveries, all of the radio communications and terminology in general are perfectly accurate. It came out in 1980.
