A Democrat state lawmaker was caught red-handed hiding Bibles in the Arizona House of Representatives members-only lounge in a bizarre video.
Rep. Stephanie Stahl-Hamilton, an ordained Presbyterian minister, was filmed inside the exclusive members-only lounge on April 10 grabbing a Bible off a side table and hiding it under two sofas.
It was the third time since mid-March that the pair of Bibles went 'missing' from their display place inside the lounge.
They were previously found underneath chair cushions and inside a fridge in a nearby kitchen.
Stahl-Hamilton, who is running for re-election, now says she was hiding the Bibles as 'a little playful commentary on the separation of church and state.'
I am a Presbyterian minister, so I obviously don't have a problem with the Bible,' she added.
Stahl-Hamilton completed her Masters of Divinity at Princeton Theological Seminary, and is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church.
The security footage from April 10 clearly shows her entering the dimly-lit lounge, where members of the legislature can go if they need to take a call or meet with other representatives or senior staff members, and greeting her colleagues.
Stahl-Hamilton could be seen speaking with the other members for a moment, before she walks towards the back of the lounge, grabs a Bible sitting on a side table and hides it under the two sofas nearby.
She then goes back to sit and chat with her fellow members, who seemed unaware of Stahl-Hamilton's deceit.

This person does not understand what separation of church and state means (or doesn’t care). It simply means one shall not overlap or influence the other in any way. Hamilton attended Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Christian education in 1990. She later attended Princeton Theological Seminary, where she received her Master of Divinity in 2003.
What she really has is a degree in is post-modern, neo-marxist, unitarian political theology.

What an ironic statement. Lady, youâve got an immediate and serious problem with the Bible right from the start. You obviously just ignored its clear prohibition against women acting as pastors, so what other parts of that book you âdonât have a problem withâ have you just cast aside because they donât suit you?

I don't care who you are, or who ordained you, but said "minister" obviously doesn't have a fear of God and reverence for His Word -- so she's just another poseur. A wolf wearing sheep clothing. Our Lord Jesus saved His strongest condemnation for false shepherds. Pray that this lady repents before she appears the Judgement Throne of Christ, because right now she is marching off to hell.
I don't hold anything against the Presbyterian Church. The PC-USA church is populated by heretics (I presume this "minister" is one of those types of "Presbyterians"), but the PCA is pretty solid, and the Free Presbyterian Church is my favorite (unfortunately the closest one to me is a thousand miles away, but I listen to many of their sermons on sermonaudio.com. Great Bible believing preachers and teachers).
