You are correct. Abortion must be banned entirely, none zero.. The spirit had lead me to that position. Adoption must prevail for all circumstances. Life lifted up to Christ.

Banning it won’t work. The only thing that would work is having people’s hearts changed. They have to recognize and admit that abortion is murder. Then they have to actually CARE about murder — which people don’t much any more.
And hearts won’t change since the First Anemdment is being abolished where Christians are completely free to worship. And it won’t happen as long as Satan has power and influence over people.
Every country, state, county, and town can ban abortion; abortions will continue. Evil will continue.
