No. Jews don't believe in the Gospel. I've heard many of them say that once a Jew believes in Jesus, he ceases to be a Jew.
You can be an atheist or Buddhist or Wiccan pagan, and if have "Jewish blood," you're still a Jew. But once you profess Christ, you cease being a Jew. (That's their definition.)
Ask any Messianic Jew. They believe in Jesus and insist that they're still Jews. But the Jewish establishment tells them that they're no longer Jews.

True Jews abide by the Torah (Old Testament).
They do not abide by the teachings in the New Testament.
