Looks like the stuff of nightmares. I wouldn’t put it past them to do such a thing.

While the idea of hybrid dog-men seems farfetched, Stalin ordered the breeding of men with apes to produce a super soldier. Don’t know what became of that ‘scientific experiment, ‘ but then much about Karl Marx and the Soviet Union remains concealed.
