It's interesting that according to that chart, the United Methodist Church leans Republican. The Methodist Church that I attend is very blue. But I believe there are more red churches in the South and Midwest.
If the Calvary Chapel were listed, it would probably be overwhelmingly red.

That is a terrific and useful graph in its own right. I’m very attuned to these matters and I’ve not seen its equal.
On the other hand, it is c. 2014. I think Trump, as a Republican standard-bearer, may have changed a lot of this calculus (most notably among Mormons, but other groups as well). I’d truly love to see what the breakdowns are as of these VERY DIFFERENT times, 9 years later.

As an Independent Baptist, I object to being unrepresented in this poll (unless I’m missing something). We’re WAY more conservative than the SBC folks.
