I don't know if that's a compliment or insult. AFAIK, Mormons worship the Trinity. That's the Godhead with 3 personalities or areas of tasks. Being Bipolar helps me understand it's the same being with different traits. Something you unipolar half brains can't relate to.
If the pope values consistency, he should allow the blessing of couples who engage in same-sex fornication, as long as the blessings are not made to look like wedding ceremonies. After that, there are the blessings of threesomes, minor-attracted persons (MAPs) with children, and so on. Who knows? Someday soon, maybe in our lifetimes, we may see a new sacrament: abortion.

I took a hike and gave a ‘see ya’ to that bunch over 40 years ago when I wanted to redo wedding vows but I hadn’t been married in a church but a civil ceremony just to have some priest spout off “well you’ve been living in sin not married in the Eyes of God for so many years, you’ll need to attend church counseling”. Well, married for 55 years now, but zero in the church’s eyes so decided to just be a non religious agnostic instead. It was an easy cult to exit from.

I have a Catholic friend who didn’t believe me that his church claims to have changed God’s 10 commandment law. I told him all he had to do was look in any Catholic Catechism. After investigating, he admitted that I was correct, but refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing on behalf of the Catholic church (said they had the “authority” to do it)....my point being that he had absolutely no idea that the Catholic church claims to have done it, he being a Catholic all of his 60 years of life. As far as he’s concerned, the Catholic church cannot err.
Catholics have no idea what the “truth” is. They are essentially good people who have been fooled into believing a lie. Christian Evangelicals are in no better of a position.
