Sometimes you post some pretty neat articles. Appreciate you.
Nah. These days, megacorporations would sponsor Jesus. His tunic would be emblazoned with the logos of a hundred companies. I can just picture the advertisements: "Budweiser, the King of Beers, presents... THE KING OF KINGS!" (fireworks, spotlights, dancing girls, rock music blaring from oversized speakers)
You can also write dystopian novels.
Most dystopian novels are set less than 50 years in the future.
Dystopian novels are for atheists. I used to read them before I became a Christian.
Those dystopian novels may be why really bad things have not happened yet. They are atheists’ way of thinking. People can imagine a bad future easily before they happen. Maybe, subsequently, they can avoid them. That’s putting a happy face on it.
When you go beyond 50 years—the tales tend to be more action and adventure—which include the great sweep of civilizations coming and going.
I’m starting to warm up to the Dune series in theatres currently.
