Join with fellow FREEPERS to pray for AMERICA: For those in Authority in Government, Family, Military, Business, Healthcare, Education, Churches, and the Media.

I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.
1 Timothy 2:1-2

Father God, Maker of all heavens and earth, You are the only True and Living God. You set the boundaries of the oceans, sculpt the highest mountains, and layer the feathers of the delicate hummingbird. You are Master of all creation, and we are humbled that You have invited us to dine with our King.

Lord, we pray for courage. As the enemy closes in around us, please give us courage. We are entering into times we have never seen before. The enemy no longer conceals the depths of wickedness, hatred for creation and hatred for Your people. As the enemy seeks our destruction, Lord, we ask for courage.

We know that You will never be defeated. You are all truth, power and glory. You have overcome the world and Your victory is secure. But Oh Lord, give us courage as these last days play out. Give us strength, stout hearts, and courage.

We pray these things in the name of our Savior, Jesus the Christ.
