As I've previously stated, the crux of my complaint / disappointment with Fr. Groeschel in the context of the Scandal is that from the earliest days he made excuses for the bishops guilty of serially relocating predator priests, helping them hold onto their cushy jobs amidst all the calls for resignations.

The recent news suggests a possible motive: that he had made severeal of these recommendations himself.

Do you really think he had a motive? I think he was probably duped by these perverted men.

To me, the problem is using psychology/psychiatry in the first place to battle this when it is spiritual warfare that is needed.
