In general, charges of "catholic bashing" refer to disagreeing with Catholicism.
Agreed, but perhaps substituting "questioning" in place of "disagreeing with." ;-)
Anyhow, the papists told me that we protestants don't have any threads of our own precisely because we just live to bash "T"he "C"hurch. All I did was post a simple picture of the pope kissing the Koran.
Now, I don't claim to know if the photo's real but, I've seen it reported by more than one normally-reliable source that, not too many years ago, the pope had some Muslim leader(s) over to the Vatican for a joint preaching summit of some kind.
Plus, some of them claim every person has someone who serves as his own "pope," whether it be JP2, some local or worldwide church leader, or at worst, the individual himself. So, it's better to have The Pope than just having everyone picking his own. One is left to wonder how the Bereans survived.
Eh, whatever. It all turns out right in the end.
