Also, attendence at a SSPX Mass is only acceptable if the person is doing so for the Liturgy only and does not intend to seperate himself from the Pope. The way the Pope is regarded by the ardent SSPXers here, I can't say that is the case.

Well, I don't want to be separated from the Church, but I wonder why the Holy Father hasn't acted.
I know some say he hasn't the power, but I think he has the moral authority.

Cut them some slack...most have had to face atrocious situations and they desire to worship as their Fathers and Grandfathers did
