Katherine Harris to the Wall Street Journal's Stephen Moore, diverse elements of the GOP's big tent gathered at the 2006 national meeting of the libertarian Republican Liberty Caucus Sept. 15-17 in Orlando. But their message was unified: the GOP must rediscover its winning commitment to individual rights, limited government and free enterprise.
