I imagine your "logic" was used before we entered WWII also. Seems to me the guys name was Chamberlin. And he was clueless to the threat.

Ok, take a deep breath and try to follow: Chamberland was the British Prime Minister, and had nothing to do with the United States. The United States had nothing to do with the transfer of the Sudetenland to Germany, we were not a party to that agreement.

US Entry into WWII was caused by the fact that:

  1. Japan attacked us.
  2. Germany and Italy declared war on us.

Clear now?

I liked seeing the “little venice” bit the other day.
That was a neat exposure, considering.
For those not familiar with it, Allegra is over there where the media said “little venice” is supposed to be.

Keep plugging away Allegra, you have my backing.

“Japan attacked us”

Well, gee.
So did the terrorists.
U.S.S. Cole, the ‘93 WTC bombing, Khobar Towers sound familiar?
And let’s not forget the Pentagon, Flight 93, and the hole in Manhatten.

Ever head of Pakistan genius? BTW india has them as well and they slide ever deeper into islam.

Gee, last i checked, Pakistan was an allie in the "War on Terror". Has something changed since that time (earlier today)?

Seems that our concern with Indian nukes was to insure that they're not used on Pakistan and vice versa.

Still waiting to hear about where that nuke is gonna come from, and who has it.

If you want to know about real dangers to this country from terrorists, PM me. i won't share it in a public forum.

Whoever called you people a bunch of retarded monkeys was right. No point in arguing and playing word games with Sheehadis and Paulistas.

About the usual quality of Paulitroll argumentation. Excuse me while i go cry </sarcasm>.

No point in arguing and playing word games with Sheehadis and Paulistas.

No point in expecting intelligent responses from those afflicted with irrational hysteria.

I wanted to let this one lie, but I can’t.

I will first say that I agree, Dr. Paul did not say “9/11 was America’s fault” so maybe that will grant me leave from the single IQ point dunderhead group.

However, he cited out policy which is what we have as a nation. Right or wrong that then put’s him in the “Blame America” bin, no matter how much he explains around it.

Above in post 123, JTN wants us to see through the Lebanese gentleman’s eyes the actions of the US. It is all in perception, so I guess I learned something from the post (something I already was well aware of) The general perception is that Ron Paul blames America, and since he did actually place the blame squarely on the shoulders of the policy and it is “we the people” he is indeed blaming us.

Maybe he has a point, maybe not, but perhaps the strategic thing may have been to keep it low given that he is running for the Republican nomination, not the Democratic one. Perhaps he should have waited until he had the bully pulpit of the White House to present his ideas in this particular case.

As it is, justified or not, he has lumped himself in the Moveon.org and such in the eyes of many. The average Republican sitting in a crowd watching Ron Paul is going to run like hell when they look to their side and see the green haired freaky kid with the “Stop the War/Impeach Bush/Paul 2008” sign, no matter how much sense Paul makes.

But what do I know, I am a single digit IQ dunderhead. Must go play with that magic rubber band now.

How about the full quote, JTN?

"Government should stay out of it. No public financing. The ultimate decision must be made by the woman. Government should treat its citizens as adults capable of making moral decisions on their own."

Thanks.

Looking at some of their comments, I suspect that some of them are oozing in from the stormfront forum. I won’t attribute that to Ron Paul because I believe him to be a good man but seriously misguided.

Hooray! You know who Neville Chamberlain was! He never "got it" either. At least that lib Dem FDR did eventually.

Ya think?

Seems that he didn't 'get it' until after the US was attacked, and the Axis powers declared war. He was a fool by your standard.

2,403 died in the attack on Pearl Harbor."War means fightn' and fightn' means killin" ~Nathan Bedford Forrest, General CSA

Another meaningless statistic: Over 1 Million Communist Chinese troops were KIA in the Korean war. i can trade those with you all day.

2,740 Americans died in the September 11 attack.

Not quite accurate. 2,740 People died in the September 11, 2k1 attack, Mostly Americans, but including British Citizens, Chinese Citizens, and about 100 citizens in good standing of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Incidentally, this country looses about 4,000 people every day in the abortion mills.

His statement at the debate was pure anti-american nonsense and they just dont see it. They spin spin spin but really he should just apologize.

Why should i or the country care?

If they want to come over here and die as martyrs for Allah the moon god, i'm pretty certain that we can make that happen: efficiently. Everybody will be happy...if only briefly for some of them.

Bottom line: The terrorist threat in this country is essentially nill.

EEE: If you want such fun, take it to Demonratic Underground where the antiwar antiAmerican pacifists play.

Sorry bub, no can do. If a liberal pro-homosexual rights, pro-abortion, and pro-gun control authoritarian Mayor can run as a Republican, then so can a conservative-libertarian like Ron Paul.

Denigrate Paul all you want but he's making the establishment look like the asses they are.

Take it up with these people.

TOTAL COUNT 2,976
minus foreigners - 236
AMERICANS 2,740

Incidentally, this country looses about 4,000 people every day in the abortion mills.

So because leftists are stupid enough to kill their own offspring, we should ignore a murderous horde that wants us dead? I suppose to you, that makes sense.
