Hard to tell. Looks like Paul may get $3-5 million today. People are still at work so I expect more donations after 3 pm EST.

None. This is all just online donations.

If you keep checking, the following graph will update dynamically. Ron Paul's campaign has followed Fred Thompson's prescription for campaign finance reform and posts fundraising totals live and you can catch the names and locations of the donors too.
