Absolutely. And the 13th Amendment Prohibits “Involuntary Servitude”, which will be imposed on Everyone under O care.
1: the whole Country pays for it.
2: Drs and Nurses become Govt Employees/Contractors Mandated to provide the Same Labor, for Less pay.
3: Healthcare Commodities (medicines & other supplies) may be subjected to Price Ceilings through Govt contracts.
Wage and Price Controls FAIL every time some Idiot imposes them.
