I was just reading some old Lewis Grizzard articles and he was talking about how we get grits from the "Grits Tree".

I like reading about the cavalrymen from the South - they were some fearsome and skilled riders.

Actually, the Chappaquidic wannabe area of Chappaqua is across the way from me in Westchester County area.
Thankfully, there's a river, a set of small mountains, and a good 30 miles between us.
