I still don't see much blame for the actual rapist on this thread, which is very scary. Also, who's to say the attacker wouldn't have waited for the lady as she left the bar to go home? It's not like if she had been able to smoke inside the bar she would have NEVER had to leave the bar again.

Chances are when she had left the bar to go home, other employees would be leaving the same time as her, which would have foiled the rapist's plans.

Of course the rapist is to blame and I only wish he could get the gas chamber. However this stupid law is also to blame.

This is equivalent to Willie Horton in 1988. Yes, He did the murders and is responsible but if it weren't for Mike Dukockis'(sp?) weekend furlough program he wouldn't have been out. Same with that child abduction caught on tape recently in Florida, Polly Class, etc.

Same thing, Yes the perpetrators are responsible but if it weren't for dumb actions/laws/programs by so called leaders the victims would have never been in the situation to be victimized by these monsters.
