I guess I'm glad AI has something to say about this. But their press release is weird. They seem to object to the hanging of a few grounds that don't make much sense (inadequate representation, uncertain mental state or the accused, and the age of the accused). But they neglect the real barbarity of this issue: the existence of a vague religious crime like "acts incompatible with chastity."

I don't condone the execution but I have to say I must give credit to this country for not falling for the defense that is so often used in the U.S. (mental incompetence or insanity). This country could learn from them.
