Leave it to the British to actually do some investigative reporting on this.Yea, American feeds are falling all over themselves to bring this to attention with a democrat hopeful.

Oh oh! It looks like osama is getting the Swiftboat treatment*...
*Swiftboat: Factual but unflattering evidence about a person. Usually offered up in response to prevarications by politicos (also - see prevarication AKA John "Fn" Kerry)

Barack Obama Snr started life with the advantage of being able to read and write...I've never met anyone who could read and write at birth.

Barack had no choice in who his father was. I can see the bumper stickers now:
Barack the no choice child, the all choice President.

I find articles dragging in ones parents or children to be irrelevant and disgusting. I do too, until a person misrepresents his past and tries to portray his family as something they're not. Then I think it is perfectly valid to point our the inconsistencies.

The problem is that BARACK OBAMA has fictionalized his parentage - even now in writing. He's a liar - flat out.
To: DakotaRed
Gotta agree with you on that one Red.
I don't like the guy either, but not because of his father.

Me too. I pretty much had his dad figured out all by myself, just on obama's bio alone.
If only other journalists would the work as hard as this one did, on important matters....

If only other journalists would the work as hard as this one did, on important matters....If they did that, as they did with Nixon, the Clinton's might be hiding in insignificance today, not running around trying to ruin the country more.
To: kellynla
A man (or woman, to be p.c.)wants to be President either to do something (Reagan) or to be somebody (Clinton.) Obama wants to be President not only to be somebody but to work out all his psychological issues - not a good motive.
To: kellynla
Somehow, this story about his father doesn't mesh with the syrupy video introduction of Barack Obama at the Dem national convention in '04, which was seen on network TV.
It would be interesting if Obama and Tubba got into a confrontation about honesty and lack thereof during the Dem primary campaigns. That would be the proverbial "pot calling the kettle black" and vise versa.
The posted story also begs the question as to whether HRC and her operatives were behind it.
To: Malesherbes
As long a you mention psychological issues, can we ever forget Bubba's huge ones and the impact of them on his presidency? And what about Tubba's? Seems like there haven't been many Dem presidential contenders in recent years that can pass the psychological smell test!

That's not racist, it's "earist."Yes. Obama must know this, but I presume he leaves that out in order to leave the impression that it's racial.
His mom's side must have had some serious dough to send him to that private school.
I still find it hard to believe that in the academic culture in Hawaii that he was beaten down by racism. Very hard indeed.

Yes. That is the point here. He wants a narrative. It makes him more appealing, I suppose, to the left.

I totally agree.
But he should tell the turth about them. If he hides the truth, it speaks more about him.
