From the early reports of planes flying into the building, to the 2nd crash, followed by the Pentagon attack, and the unknown and conflicting reports of the day I just could not believe what I was seeing.
As I told my daughters (ages 16,20) later that day, my generation failed to preserve and protect our nation. I told them to never forget the events of that day and never fall for the arguement that our nation need not invest in the means to protect ourself. From the military to foreign intelligence to border security - my "politically correct" generation failed.
Looking back, I knew we were at war the moment I saw the 2nd plane strike the WTC. I do not know how long the war will last but know that our mission is clear and just. We must either bring our enemies to justice, or bring justice to our enemies.
I will never forget.

As me and a friend were travelling to the Airport and praying over my flight...neither of us had a peace about the situation...
...I am fairly matter of fact with the Lord so I asked him what we were missing in our prayers...
He said: "What you are discerning has nothing to do with you. Cover the Pilots and the Airport Security".....so I was like okay.
After we prayed some more...whatever we were sensing broke and I went ahead and got on my plane.
[Oh yeah....Early about 6:00 am that morning my Mother had called me in LA and said she felt like I should get off of the plane in North Carolina and not fly into Either Reagan or Dulles....she said she just didnt feel right about it.]
Now....I dont think I was in any danger[other than possibly being grounded for three or four days if I didnt catch that flight...hahaha]....but I know we were discerning the demonic spirit that was now involved in the flights assigned to LA and DC.
There was also a young lady from Va there in LA hanging out with me and our friends and she too had asked the Lord if she could extend her trip but He also told her "No".
She went ahead and left a day ahead of me. I was originally scheduled to fly out of LA on the 9th but I had a friend who was having a Birthday party on the 9th....so I asked the Lord if I could stay one more day fully expecting him to say "NO stop asking" hahaha....but he said "Yes".
At the time I was a little confused by this considering I had already asked twice if I could extend my trip to Wednesday and having the Lord tell me "No".....then I ask if I can stay one more day and then he says "Yes".
Now in retrospect I understand completely but at the time I was a little perplexed.
President George W. Bush declares that any nation not with us is against us.
Highjackers identified and it is learned that they came from well to do families in Saudi Arabia.
The British are [really] the only ones who stood with us Militarily without hesitation.
Al Qieda smashed.
Taliban destroyed.
Terrorist groups identified and named.
Terrorist assets around the World seized.
Afghansitan Liberated.
Terrorists around the World are arrested.
Terrorist prisoners being held @ Marine Corps base on Guantanamo Bay Cuba.
Iraq, Iran & Korea declared an Axis of Evil by the President.
Plans in the works for the removal of Saddam Hussein from Iraq [and the face of the Earth].
Hundreds if not thousands of Illegal Arab immigrants are deported.
Countless sleeper cells within the US broken as a result.
Israel commences its own war against terrorists inside of Israel.
Action continuing...
